Anne-Marie Mullins | Managing Partner

Anne-Marie has led a highly successful career in Executive Search and Talent Acquisition since 2002, when she established her first Executive Search business . Since then she has gone on to rebrand the business as Executive Search Ireland, working side by side with her clients ensuring they are in pole position to hire the very best leadership teams.

Anne-Marie has in-depth experience placing senior staff across Financial Services, Technology, Pharma, Medical Devices, Industrial, Engineering & Transportation. Her speciality is finding, attracting and placing best in class executives, senior managers and mid-level managers with clients. Similarly, she has had a 100% success rate with “hard-to-fill” roles.

Throughout her career she has worked with start-ups and established companies in the multi-national, corporate & SME sectors building long-standing business partnerships.

Anne-Marie enjoys key relationships with senior executives and has an established international network of talented candidates.

Her success is attributed to the bespoke service she offers whilst upholding her core values of Respect, Communication and Commitment to both her clients and candidates.

Anne-Marie has a B.A. in European Studies with French & German.
